Abstract: Ikan mas koki Ranchu termasuk komoditas yang mudah dibudidayakan serta memiliki siklus pemijahan yang relatif singkat yaitu 1,5–2,0 bulan. Kegiatan pembenihan dilakukan di Koki Sejenak Farm, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Harga jual benih ikan mas koki Ranchu ditentukan berdasarkan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) dan tingkat kualitasnya. Permasalahan dalam produksi benih ikan mas koki Ranchu adalah tingkat kesulitan dalam proses grading untuk mendapatkan benih yang berkualitas serta perlu mengetahui generasi dan kualitas induk yang digunakan dalam proses pemijahan. Hasil dari kegiatan pembenihan yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan jumlah telur terbanyak sebanyak 2500 butir, derajat pembuahan tertinggi sebesar 89%, derajat penetasan tertinggi sebesar 93%, tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva tertinggi sebesar 82%. Jumlah benih yang dihasilkan setiap tahunnya sebanyak 2400 ekor benih dengan ukuran 7–9 cm. Kegiatan usaha pembenihan di Koki Sejenak Farm dikatakan layak berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha.
Ranchu goldfish is a commodity that is easy to cultivate and has a relatively short spawning cycle of 1,5–2,0 months. Breeding activities are carried out at Koki Sejenak Farm, Sukabumi, West Java. The selling price of Ranchu goldfish fry is determined based on the cost of production and its quality level. The problem in the production of Ranchu goldfish fries is the level of difficulty in the grading process to obtain quality fries and the need to know the generation and quality of the parents used in the spawning process. The results of the hatchery activities that have been carried out produced the largest number of eggs of 2500, the highest fertilization rate is 89%, the highest hatching rate is 93%, the highest larval survival rate is 82%. The number of fry produced each year is 2400 fries with a size of 7–9 cm. The hatchcery business activity at Koki Sejenak Farm is said to be feasible based on the results of the business feasibility analysis.
