Abstract: Penggunaan sistem hidroponik di Indonesia meningkat seiring kebutuhan akan pertanian yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Peningkatan minat terhadap sistem pertanian hidroponik mendorong tingginya permintaan terhadap nutrisi ABmix sebagai komponen utama. PT Agrifamili Sarana Exedis Indonesia sebagai salah satu penyedia nutrisi ABmix menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga ketersediaan stok akibat fluktuasi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan stok nutrisi ABmix yang didasarkan pada pemilihan pemasok menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan kriteria kualitas, harga, kuantitas, daya tanggap, dan pengiriman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kualitas merupakan prioritas utama (bobot 0,334) dan pemasok ACI dipilih sebagai alternatif optimal (bobot 0,276). Penerapan strategi ini terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas produksi dan pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 56,96%. Hasil analisis strategi menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan pemasok yang tepat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional dan daya saing perusahaan.
The use of hydroponic systems in Indonesia is increasing along with the need for efficient and eco-friendly agriculture. The increasing interest in hydroponic farming systems drives high demand for ABmix nutrient as the main component. PT Agrifamili Sarana Exedis Indonesia as one of the ABmix nutrient providers faces challenges in maintaining stock availability due to quality fluctuations. This study aims to optimize the stock of ABmix nutrients based on supplier selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with criteria of quality, price, quantity, responsiveness, and delivery. The results showed that quality criteria were the main priority (weight 0.334) and ACI supplier was selected as the optimal alternative (weight 0.276). The implementation of this strategy has been proven to increase production effectiveness and sales growth by 56.96%. The results of the strategy analysis show that selecting the right supplier contributes significantly to the company's operational performance and competitiveness.
