Lini Filling Lithos-05 di PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Jakarta.

Persaingan yang kian ketat di sektor bisnis mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan
manufaktur untuk terus berusaha meningkatkan performa produksi mereka. Fokus
utama dari perusahaan-perusahaan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk
berkualitas tinggi agar dapat bersaing dipasar. Selama proses produksi pelumas, PT
Pertamina Lubricants tidak hanya memproduksi merek sendiri, tetapi juga
memproduksi produk untuk konsumen ATPM Honda, dalam proses produksi
tersebut sering kali menghadapi masalah pemborosan, yang berdampak pada
penurunan produktivitas. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi
analisis perbaikan untuk mengatasi masalah pemborosan yang muncul dalam
proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Value Stream
Mapping, Waste Assessment Model dan Lean Six Sigma dalam meminimalisir dan
menghilangkan pemborosan disepanjang alur proses produksi produk Honda Auto
Oil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Lean Manufacturing mampu
untuk meningkatkan produktivitas produksi melalui perbaikan serta peningkatan
output produksi Honda Auto Oil periode April-Juli 2024 yang melebihi tingkat
rencana ketepatan produksi yang sudah ditetapkan pada KPI Perusahaan.

The implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the production of Honda on the Lithos-05 Filling Line at PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Jakarta. Supervised by AGUNG PRAYUDHA HIDAYAT. The increasing competition in the business sector pushes manufacturing companies to continuously strive to improve their production performance. The main focus of these companies is to produce high-quality products to compete in the market. During the production process of lubricants, PT Pertamina Lubricants not only manufactures its own brand but also produces products for Honda's ATPM consumers. In this production process, they often face issues related to waste, which impacts productivity. In this regard, the company needs to implement improvement analysis strategies to address the waste problems that arise during production. This research was conducted using Value Stream Mapping, Waste Assessment Model, and Lean Six Sigma methods to minimize and eliminate waste throughout the production process of Honda Auto Oil. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Lean Manufacturing can enhance production productivity through improvements and increased output of Honda Auto Oil from April to July 2024, exceeding the planned production accuracy levels set in the company's KPIs.
