Abstract: Gedung perkantoran memiliki beragam fasilitas, salah satunya adalah ruang laktasi. Pengukuran langsung menunjukkan suhu rata-rata 26,6°C, kelembaban relatif 61,4%, intensitas cahaya 146,1 lux, dan tingkat kebisingan 40,85 dB(A).
Office buildings are equipped with various facilities, one of which is a lactation room. The presence of a lactation room is mandatory in every office building; therefore, it is essential to ensure that these rooms provide adequate comfort. This study aimed to assess the indoor comfort level of lactation rooms based on checklist assessments, direct environmental measurements, and user questionnaires. Evaluations were conducted in six lactation rooms across six office buildings in Manokwari City. The checklist results showed that the lactation rooms in the Kemenkumham and the BKN buildings had the highest compliance with the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 15 of 2013, each scoring 72.7%. Direct measurements revealed an average temperature of 26.6°C, relative humidity of 61.4%, light intensity of 146.1 lux, and noise level of 40.85 dB(A). Only the lactation room in the BKN building met the standards for all three comfort parameters: temperature, lighting, and noise. Questionnaire results indicated that users perceived the rooms to be fairly comfortable. Furthermore, comfort levels were found to influence breast milk production users in more comfortable rooms tended to produce higher volumes of milk.
