Pengaruh Otomatisasi Mesin Extruder terhadap Keuntungan Produk Pakan Ikan Lele di PT Amerta Petfood Indonesia

Abstract

PT Amerta Petfood Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi pakan hewan peliharaan dan hewan ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh otomatisasi mesin extruder terhadap efisiensi waktu dan keuntungan dalam proses produksi pakan ikan lele bermerek CYCLOID. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) untuk membandingkan durasi produksi sebelum dan sesudah otomatisasi, anggaran parsial untuk mengevaluasi dampak finansial, serta analisis R/C ratio guna mengukur tingkat efisiensi usaha secara ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa otomatisasi mampu memangkas waktu produksi dari 11 jam menjadi 5,5 jam dan meningkatkan output tahunan dari 960 karung menjadi 4.164 karung, disertai peningkatan nilai R/C ratio dari 1,19 menjadi 1,25 yang berarti setiap satu rupiah biaya yang dikeluarkan mampu menghasilkan Rp1,25 pendapatan. Dalam analisis finansial menghasilkan tambahan keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp1.217.520.000. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa otomatisasi mesin extruder mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja finansial perusahaan.

PT Amerta Petfood Indonesia is a company that produces pet and livestock feed. This study aims to analyze the effect of extruder machine automation on time efficiency and profit in the production process of CYCLOID branded catfish feed. The analysis was carried out using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to compare the production duration before and after automation, partial budgeting to evaluate the financial impact, and R/C ratio analysis to measure the level of business efficiency economically. The results showed that automation was able to cut production time from 11 hours to 5.5 hours and increase annual output from 960 sacks to 4,164 sacks, accompanied by an increase in the R/C ratio value from 1.19 to 1.25, which means that every one rupiah of costs incurred was able to generate Rp1.25 in revenue. In financial analysis, it resulted in an additional net profit of Rp1,217,520,000. These findings prove that extruder machine automation is able to increase process efficiency and have a positive impact on the company's financial performance.
