Abstract: PT X merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang karoseri yaitu berfokus pada produksi transportasi bus. Pengendalian persediaan adalah metode yang diterapkan perusahaan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dalam suatu sistem penyimpanan bahan baku. Gudang Plafon PT X membutuhkan pengendalian karena terjadi stockout bahan baku. Dalam penelitian ini, permasalahan ini dianalisis dengan metode forecasting dengan model Moving Average dan Exponential Smoothing serta dilakukan perhitungan EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Analisis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan perkiraan demand pemesanan dengan harapan Gudang Plafon tidak lagi mengalami stockout. Didapatkan untuk rata-rata peramalan permintaan tahun 2025 produk Vinyl sebesar 370 unit, Kain Gorden 27 unit, dan Alumunium Foil 1.533 unit. Selanjutnya didapatkan hasil untuk perhitungan EOQ produk Vinyl sebesar 1.624 unit dengan ROP 2.590 unit, Kain Gorden 454 unit dengan ROP 220 unit, dan Alumunium Foil 3.394 unit dengan ROP 11.023 unit. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap efisiensi pada perkiraan pemesanan bahan baku di Gudang Plafon PT X.
PT X is a manufacturing company engaged in the field of bodywork, which focuses on the production of bus transportation. Inventory control is a method applied by companies to determine the needs in a raw material storage system. The Ceiling Warehouse of PT X requires control because there is a stockout of raw materials. In this study, this problem was analyzed using the forecasting method with the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing models and the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) calculation was carried out. The analysis was carried out to obtain an estimate of the order demand with the hope that the Ceiling Warehouse would no longer experience stockouts. The average forecast for demand in 2025 for Vinyl products was 370 units, Curtain Fabric 27 units, and Aluminum Foil 1,533 units. Furthermore, the results for the calculation of the EOQ for Vinyl products were 1,624 units with an ROP of 2,590 units, Curtain Fabric 454 units with an ROP of 220 units, and Aluminum Foil 3,394 units with an ROP of 11,023 units. From these results, it can be concluded that this research can contribute to the efficiency of estimating raw material orders at PT X's Ceiling Warehouse.
