| Abstract: | Kawasan hulu Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Pusur merupakan daerah yang berbatasan langsung dan menjadi penyangga Taman Nasional Gunung Merapi (TNGM). Kawasan ini memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap bencana alam dan perubahan iklim karena tingkat elevasi yang tinggi dan lereng yang curam. PT Tirta Investama Klaten selaku pengguna jasa lingkungan di kawasan tersebut bertanggung jawab melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program konservasi berbasis kopi sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan skala likert, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian masyarakat terhadap seluruh aspek pelaksanaan program adalah ‘sangat baik’. Terdapat manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh masyarakat dari rata-rata pendapatan usahatani kopi sebesar Rp127.659,93 per tahun. Peran seluruh kategori elemen stakeholder pentahelix adalah positif dan mendukung keberhasilan program konservasi berbasis kopi. The upstream area of Pusur sub-watershed, located in Musuk and Tamansari sub-districts, Boyolali Regency. This location has unique characteristics as an area directly next to and buffered by Mt. Merapi National Park (TNGM). The effort of PT Tirta Investama Klaten, as an environmental service user as well as a business actor in the Pusur sub-watershed area, is to empower the community around the upstream area through a coffee-based conservation program as a solution to the problem. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis methods with a likert scale, income analysis, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the community's assessment of all aspects of program implementation was "very good". The economic benefits from the average income received by the community is around 127,659.93 IDR per year. The role of all categories of pentahelix stakeholder elements was positive and supported the success of the coffee-based conservation program. |
