Abstract: Selada romaine merupakan tanaman selada yang memiliki tekstur renyahdan rasa sedikit manis yang sering diolah menjadi hidangan salad. Produksi seladaromaine PT Agricole Indonesia Makmur mengalami fluktuasi dengan peningkatan permintaan di bulan November dan Desember 2024. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu dilakukan efisiensi untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan dengan menganalisis input faktor produksi selada romaine yang terdiri atas jumlah bibit (X1), tenaga kerja (X2), pupuk kandang (X3), dan luas lahan (X4). Uji F menyatakan variabel independen bernilai signifikan, sedangkan pada uji T hanya variabel jumlah benih (X1) dan tenaga kerja (X2) yang bernilai signifikan. Nilai elastisitas efisiensi teknis dari variabel X2 dan X4 sudah efisien, sedangkan penggunaan input jumlah bibit (X1) harus ditingkatkan dan pupuk kandang (X3) harus dikurangi, dengan begitu penerimaan usahatani akan meningkat senilai 4,4% dengan kenaikan R/C rasio menjadi 1,44.
Romaine lettuce is a lettuce plant that has a crunchy texture and a slightly sweet taste that is often processed into salad dishes. The production of romaine lettuce at PT Agricole Indonesia Makmur fluctuated with increased demand in November and December 2024. This indicates the need for efficiency to optimize income by analyzing the input factors of romaine lettuce production consisting of the number of seeds (X1), labor (X2), manure (X3), and land area (X4). The F test states that the independent variables are significant, while in the T test only the variables of the number of seeds (X1) and labor (X2) are significant. The technical efficiency elasticity values of variables X2 and X4 are efficient, while the use of inputs of the number of seeds (X1) must be increased and manure (X3) must be reduced, so that farm income will increase by 4,4% with an increase in the R/C ratio to 1,44.
