dc.description.abstractInefisiensi sistem logistik sampah linier di Kota Bogor menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, yang bertujuan merancang model sistem sirkular dengan menjadikan TPS 3R sebagai hub logistik desentralisasi. Metode penelitian menggabungkan analisis sistem eksisting, proyeksi timbulan sampah (~779 ton/hari), dan optimasi rute menggunakan SIG. Temuan utama adalah desain model hub-and-spoke yang secara fundamental mengubah alur material, di mana hanya fraksi residu yang diangkut ke TPA. Dibandingkan sistem eksisting yang mengangkut seluruh volume sampah, model baru ini menunjukkan potensi signfikan. Simulasi optimasi rute milk-run untuk pengangkutan residu menunjukkan potensi pengurangan jarak tempuh kolektif sebesar 35,1%, konsumsi BBM 44,0%, dan emisi CO2 30,5% untuk fraksi tersebut. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa transformasi ke model sirkular, yang diperkuat oleh integrasi kearifan lokal Pikukuh Tilu untuk mendorong partisipasi masyarakat, merupakan strategi unggul untuk mencapai pengelolaan sampah perkotaan yang efisien, ekonomis, dan berkelanjutan.-
dc.description.abstractThe inefficiency of the linear waste logistics system in Bogor City is the background for this research, which aims to design a circular system model by making the 3R waste transfer station a decentralized logistics hub. The research method combines analysis of the existing system, waste generation projections (779 tons/day), and route optimization using GIS. The main finding is the design of a hub-and-spoke model that fundamentally changes the material flow, where only the residual fraction is transported to the landfill. Compared to the existing system, which transports the entire volume of waste, the new model shows significant potential. Simulations of milk-run route optimization for residue transportation indicate potential reductions of 35.1% in collective travel distance, 44.0% in fuel consumption, and 30.5% in CO2 emissions for that fraction. These results demonstrate that the transition to a circular model, reinforced by the integration of local wisdom from Pikukuh Tilu to encourage community participation, is an effective strategy for achieving efficient, economical, and sustainable urban waste management.-
