| dc.description.abstract | Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh manajemen, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dengan kinerja individu yang tinggi merupakan aset penting dalam menjamin kelangsungan dan daya saing perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, dan penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Segar Tani. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), dengan melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebanyak 48 orang sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan penerapan SOP berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penerapan SOP tertulis terbukti mampu meminimalkan kesalahan operasional dan meningkatkan tingkat kehadiran karyawan. Hal ini juga mencerminkan terjadinya perubahan budaya kerja yang lebih positif di lingkungan perusahaan. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The success of a company is strongly influenced by management, especially in human resource management. Qualified human resources with high individual performance are important assets in ensuring the continuity and competitiveness of the company. Optimal employee performance allows companies to achieve goals and increase operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership, and the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on employee performance at CV Segar Tani. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) technique, by involving all employees as many as 48 people as respondents. The results showed that work discipline variables and the application of SOPs had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, while leadership had no significant effect. The implementation of written SOPs is proven to be able to minimize operational errors and increase employee attendance rates. This also reflects a more positive change in work culture in the company. | - |
