Abstract: AYU BELLA MAULIDYA. Pengaruh Aplikasi Fungisida terhadap Penyakit Bercak Daun Curvularia sp. di berbagai Varietas Pembibitan Utama Kelapa Sawit. Dibimbing oleh SUWARTO. Penyakit bercak daun Curvularia sp. merupakan salah satu kendala utama pada pembibitan utama kelapa sawit karena dapat menurunkan kualitas bibit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Kencana Sawit Indonesia, Sumatera Barat pada bulan Agustus hingga November 2024. Penelitian bertujuan membandingkan laju penurunan intensitas serangan penyakit bercak daun Curvularia sp. pada tiga varietas kelapa sawit serta menentukan konsentrasi fungisida berbahan aktif azoksistrobin dan difenokonazol yang efisien dalam pengendalian penyakit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Tania Selatan AVROS memiliki rata-rata laju penurunan intensitas serangan tercepat (8,47%), diikuti oleh Dami Mas (8,20%) dan paling lambat pada varietas PPKS (5,5%). Konsentrasi fungisida yang efisien untuk menekan intensitas serangan berbeda pada setiap varietas, yaitu 1 ml/L untuk Dami Mas dan PPKS, serta 0,5 ml/L untuk Tania Selatan AVROS. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi fungisida yang efisien sesuai varietas untuk pengendalian penyakit bercak daun Curvularia sp. di pembibitan utama kelapa sawit. Curvularia sp. leaf spot disease is one of the major constraints in oil palm main nurseries due to its potential to reduce seedling quality. This study was conducted at PT Kencana Sawit Indonesia, West Sumatra, from August to November 2024. The research aimed to compare the rate of decline in disease intensity among three oil palm varieties and to determine the effective concentration of fungicide containing azoxystrobin and difenoconazole for controlling the disease. The results showed that the variety Tania Selatan AVROS had the highest average rate of disease intensity reduction (8,47%), followed by Dami Mas (8,20%), and the lowest was observed in PPKS (5,5%). The most efficient fungicide concentrations for suppressing disease intensity varied across varieties: 1 ml/L for Dami Mas and PPKS, and 0,5 ml/L for Tania Selatan AVROS. This study provides varietal-specific fungicide concentration recommendations for effective management of Curvularia sp. leaf spot disease in oil palm main nursery.
