dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini mengkaji pemanfaatan fitur FAQ pada website BIMA sebagai media penyedia informasi digital bagi dosen. Kebutuhan informasi yang cepat dan akurat menjadikan FAQ elemen penting dalam layanan komunikasi digital, namun implementasinya masih belum optimal. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mencakup kurang lengkapnya konten, tampilan yang kurang menarik, akses mobile yang terbatas, serta penempatan fitur yang kurang strategis. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis berbasis model UX Honeycomb (Useful, Usable, Findable, Credible, Desirable, Accessible, dan Valuable), penelitian ini melibatkan pengelola website, desainer web, dan dosen pengguna. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa fitur FAQ memiliki potensi besar, tetapi memerlukan pembaruan konten, desain yang lebih responsif, serta elemen interaktif seperti video, infografis, dan pencarian cerdas. Optimalisasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan FAQ sebagai sarana komunikasi digital yang efektif dan efisien bagi dosen.-
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the utilization of the FAQ feature on the BIMA website as a digital information platform for lecturers. The demand for fast and accurate information makes FAQs a crucial element in digital communication services; however, its implementation remains suboptimal. Identified issues include incomplete content, an unappealing interface, limited mobile accessibility, and suboptimal placement of the FAQ feature. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation, the analysis is based on the UX Honeycomb model (Useful, Usable, Findable, Credible, Desirable, Accessible, and Valuable), involving website administrators, web designers, and lecturer users. The findings indicate that the FAQ feature holds significant potential but requires content updates, a more responsive design, and interactive elements such as videos, infographics, and smart search functionality. This optimization is expected to transform the FAQ into an effective and efficient digital communication tool for lecturers.-
