| dc.description.abstract | Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia telah mendorong konsep social commerce dengan bentuk inovasi fitur live shopping sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan konversi penjualan. Shopee Live dan TikTok Shop Live merupakan dua platform dengan pangsa pasar terbesar di Indonesia. Namun, keduanya memiliki nilai gap pangsa pasar yang signifikan dengan pendekatan basis platform yang berbeda. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa masih terdapat keluhan terkait dengan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan performa user experience (UX) pada fitur live shopping Shopee dan TikTok Shop dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Shopee Live memiliki tujuh indikator pada kuadran I yang perlu dioptimalkan dan empat indikator pada kuadran II yang perlu dipertahankan kinerjanya. Sementara, Tiktok Shop Live memiliki lima indikator terdapat pada kuadran I yang perlu dioptimalkan. Indikator keandalan sistem menjadi kinerja terendah bagi kedua platform, baik Shopee maupun Tiktok Shop. Pada Shopee Live indikator dengan nilai kepentingan tertinggi adalah keandalan sistem, sementara Tiktok Shop adalah desain layout tata letak. Penelitian ini memberikan strategi rekomendasi kepada masing-masing platform untuk berfokus kepada perbaikan sistem dan tampilan layout live shopping. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has driven the rise of social commerce, with the live shopping feature emerging as a key innovation to boost user interaction and sales conversion. Shopee Live and TikTok Shop Live are currently the two leading platforms in the Indonesian market. However, both show a significant gap in market share and differ in their fundamental platform approaches. Additionally, user experience-related complaints are still frequently reported. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of user experience (UX) in the live shopping features of Shopee and TikTok Shop using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that Shopee Live has seven indicators in Quadrant I that require optimization, and four indicators in Quadrant II that need to be maintained. Meanwhile, TikTok Shop Live has five indicators in Quadrant I that require improvement. System reliability emerged as the lowest-performing indicator for both platforms. On Shopee Live, system reliability was also rated as the most important attribute, while for TikTok Shop, the layout design held the highest importance. | - |
