| Abstract: | Penurunan luas lahan mangrove di Muara Gembong disebabkan oleh konversi lahan dan abrasi. Salah satu upaya rehabilitasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah penerapan wanamina. Namun, belum adanya informasi mengenai biota yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi biota potensial untuk kegiatan wanamina di Muara Gembong, Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2024. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kualitas air, morfologi biota, rasio RNA/DNA, waktu pemeliharaan, fekunditas, hasil produksi, dan harga jual. Penentuan biota yang layak digunakan dilakukan dengan analisis matrik pengambilan keputusan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air memenuhi baku mutu bagi kepiting, udang windu, dan ikan bandeng. Kepiting bakau (Scylla spp.) merupakan biota paling potensial karena memiliki nilai yang tinggi di setiap parameter seperti nilai rasio RNA/DNA 7,17 µg/mL, fekunditas 366.069-2.472.416, hasil produksi 145,2 ton/tahun, dan harga jual Rp40.000-160.000/kg. The decline in mangrove area in Muara Gembong is caused by land conversion and coastal abrasion. One of the rehabilitation efforts that can be implemented is the application of silvofishery. However, there is currently no available information regarding the biota to be used. This study aims to identify and evaluate potential biota for silvofishery activities in Muara Gembong, Bekasi. The research was conducted from August to December 2024. Observed parameters included water quality, biota morphology, RNA/DNA ratio, maintenance period, fecundity, production yield, and market price. The results showed that water quality met the required standards. Mud crab (Scylla spp.) was identified as the most potential biota due to its high values across all parameters, including an RNA/DNA ratio of 7.17 µg/mL, fecundity ranging from 366,069 to 2,472,416 eggs, a production yield of 145.2 tons/year, and a market price ranging from IDR 40,000 to 160,000 per kilogram. |
