Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara individu maupun kelompok berkomunikasi khususnya pada dunia kerja yang profesional. Pemanfaatan secara aktif platform komunikasi digital oleh PT Schneider Electric Indonesia mendukung kelancaran semua aktivitas kerja tim di Indonesia, baik koordinasi internal maupun eksternal, sebagai salah satu perusahaan multinasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok melalui platform digital antar anggota dalam Tim Expert Industrial Automation dan mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok melalui platform digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja Tim Expert Industrial Automation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis data berbentuk pernyataan dari enam informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan proses komunikasi kelompok dalam Tim Expert Industrial Automation terjalin secara multi-arah. Frekuensi komunikasi ketika ada project meningkat dan membuat tim mencapai tujuan bersama lebih efektif dan efisien.
The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the way individuals and groups communicate, especially in the professional work environment. The active utilization of digital communication platforms by PT Schneider Electric supports the smoothness of all teamwork activities in Indonesia, both internal and external coordination, as one of the multinational companies. The purpose of this research is to understand the group communication process through digital platforms among members of the Expert Industrial Automation Team and to understand the group communication process through digital platforms to increase the teamwork quality of the Expert Industrial Automation Team. This research uses a qualitative method, employing data analysis in the form of statements from six informants. The research results show that the group communication process within the Expert Industrial Automation Team is multi-directional. The frequency of communication during a project increases and enables the team to achieve their shared goals more effectively and efficiently.
