Coffee processing produces solid and liquid waste that can disrupt the environment if in large quantities. The utilization of coffee waste has not been maximized in PT DAHANA's CSR program, namely Urban Agro. The process of processing coffee waste into complete feed can reduce the burden of pollution and is beneficial. The purpose of the study was to calculate the amount of coffee waste generated based on SNI 19-3964-1994, analyze the comparison of the Complete Feed content value with SNI 8819-2019 and determine the HPP and selling price of Complete Feed for ruminant livestock feed. The data on the weight of the coffee skin generated produced 59.09 kg/week with a daily average of 7.39 kg/day. The data on the weight of the coffee grounds generated produced 21.67 kg/week with a daily average of 2.71 kg. The potential for utilizing coffee waste reached 67.69% for two production times. The best results of the pellet proximate test based on SNI 8819-2019 were in treatment three with the main ingredient of coffee skin. The economic value of pellets has a production cost (HPP) of IDR 560,675/production and a selling value of IDR 7,457/kg.
