dc.description.abstractMaintenance merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menjaga mesin, peralatan, dan fasilitas lainnya dengan melakukan perbaikan atau penggantian part yang diperlukan agar proses produksi dapat berjalan lancar. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan kinerja area produksi dan mesin yang digunakan, serta mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah melakukan kegiatan maintenance terhadap mesin dengan optimal. Seperti pada PT XYZ yang memproduksi flexible packaging untuk kebutuhan industri. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan 8 pilar TPM dan beberapa metode penelitian seperti OEE, fishbone diagram, pairwise comparison, metode HOR, dan 5 whys. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu menyusun OPL untuk mendukung operator dan mekanik dalam melakukan maintenance. Penulis juga menghitung nilai MTTR dan MTBF sebagai acuan untuk pelaksanaan preventive maintenance pada komponen mesin main extruder yang dianggap kritis berdasarkan data yang digunakan. One Point Lesson terkait instalasi twin screw pada main extruder line 6 disusun dan membantu langkah-langkah maintenance berjalan dengan tepat serta menjadi pedoman disaat melakukan kegiatan maintenance selanjutnya.-
dc.description.abstractMaintenance is an activity carried out to maintain machines, equipment, and other facilities by making repairs or replacing parts as needed so that the production process can run smoothly. It is important for companies to maintain the performance of the production area and the machines used, and to know whether the company has carried out maintenance activities optimally. Such as at PT XYZ which produces flexible packaging for industrial needs. This study uses the 8 pillars of TPM approach and several research methods such as OEE, fishbone diagram, pairwise comparison, HOR method, and 5 whys. The study shows that companies need to compile OPL to support operators and mechanics in carrying out maintenance. MTTR and MTBF values are also calculated as a reference for implementing preventive maintenance on the main extruder machine components that are considered critical based on the data used. One Point Lesson related to the installation of twin screws on the main extruder line 6 are compiled and help the maintenance steps run properly and become a guideline when carrying out subsequent maintenance activities.-
