Abstract

One Home Farm merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pertanian dan perkebunan yang berlokasi di Kota Bogor. Sebagai salah satu UMKM yang dihadapkan dengan perkembangan teknologi, UMKM One Home Farm masih melakukan kegiatan pencatatan untuk penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara manual melalui nota dan buku rekap penjualan, yang menjadikan proses pencatatatn cukup memakan waktu lebih lama serta memiliki banyak resiko. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuatkan sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi untuk melakukan pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah tetapi tetap berdasarkan peraturan akuntansi yang berlaku. Pada UMKM One Home Farm akan dirancang sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan laporan keuangan berbasis microsoft excel yang dilenngkapi dengan fitur VBA dengan tujuan agar proses pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah. One Home Farm is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the agriculture and plantation sector, located in Bogor City. As an MSME facing the rapid development of technology, One Home Farm still performs manual recording for sales and financial reports using physical receipts and sales logbooks. This manual process is time-consuming and carries a high risk of errors. The purpose of this study is to develop an accounting information system that simplifies the recording and preparation of financial reports while adhering to applicable accounting standards. For One Home Farm, a sales and financial reporting accounting information system will be designed using Microsoft Excel, equipped with VBA features. This system aims to accelerate and simplify the processes of recording transactions and preparing financial reports.
