| Abstract: | Kelompok Tani Budi Rahayu merupakan lembaga petani berlokasi di
Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan selada
romaine yang tidak terserap oleh mitra, dengan membuat produk turunan dari
selada romaine. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis konjoin untuk
mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen terhadap stik selada romaine, analisis nilai
tambah dari pembuatan stik selada romaine, serta analisis kelayakan bisnis
berdasarkan aspek finansial dan non-finansial. Hasil analisis konjoin menunjukkan
bahwa atribut pencantuman logo halal merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang
memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk. Nilai tambah dari
proses pembuatan stik selada romaine mencapai 83%. Hasil analisis finansial,
bisnis ini dinilai layak dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp396.152.632, IRR sebesar 62%,
Net B/C sebesar 4,93, Gross B/C sebesar 1,19, serta Payback Period selama 3,31
tahun. Selain itu, analisis Switching Value menunjukkan bahwa batas toleransi
maksimum terhadap penurunan penjualan adalah 16,15%, sedangkan toleransi
terhadap kenaikan harga input mencapai 129,14%. Budi Rahayu Farmers Group is an agricultural organization located in West Bandung Regency. This study aims to utilize excess romaine lettuce that is not absorbed by partner markets by developing added value derivative products. The methods used include conjoint analysis to identify consumer preferences for romaine lettuce sticks, added value analysis of the production process, and business feasibility analysis based on financial and non-financial aspects. The conjoint analysis results indicate that the inclusion of a halal logo is one of the primary factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The added value of the romaine lettuce stick production process reached 83%. The result of the financial analysis, the business is deemed feasible, with a NPV of IDR 396,152,632, an IRR of 62%, a Net B/C of 4.93, a Gross B/C of 1.19, and a Payback Period of 3.31 years. Furthermore, the Switching Value analysis shows that the maximum tolerance limit for a decrease in sales is 16.15%, while the tolerance for an increase in input costs is up to 129.14%. |
