| dc.description.abstract | Alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) adalah komoditas buah tropis yang pertumbuhannya dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemupukan yang tepat, baik dosis, jenis dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan dosis pupuk optimum NPK majemuk pada tanaman alpukat varietas siger umur satu tahun. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Pendidikan dan Penelitian Kelapa Sawit IPB-Cargill Kecamatan Jonggol. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak satu faktor, yaitu dosis pupuk NPK majemuk (15-15-15) yang terdiri dari kontrol, dosis NPK 75 g, dosis NPK 150 g, dosis NPK 300 g. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam Uji F pada taraf nyata a = 5% dan dilakukan uji lanjut Polinomial Ortogonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK majemuk meningkatkan secara kuadratik pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman alpukat pada 3 BSA, 4 BSA dan 6 BSA dan meningkatkan secara kuadratik pada umur 1 – 5 BSA terhadap diameter batang tanaman alpukat. Respons pemberian pupuk NPK majemuk meningkatkan secara kuadratik pada 2 – 6 BSA terhadap peubah jumlah cabang dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap peubah tingkat kehijauan daun pada 6 BSA. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menentukan dosis optimum pupuk NPK majemuk dengan menggabungkan seluruh peubah morfologi tanaman alpukat serta waktu amatan yaitu sebesar 254,1 g/tanaman. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Avocado (Persea americana Mill.) is a tropical fruit commodity whose growth can be enhanced through proper fertilization, including dosage, type, and timing. This study aims to determine the optimum dosage of compound NPK fertilizer for one-year-old siger avocado plants. The research was conducted at the IPB-Cargill Oil Palm Education and Research Farm in Jonggol District. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Group Design with one factor, namely the dosage of compound NPK fertilizer (15-15-15) consisting of control, 75 g NPK, 150 g NPK, and 300 g NPK. Data were analyzed using F-test analysis of variance at a significance level of a = 5% and followed by Orthogonal Polynomial tests. The results showed that the application of compound NPK fertilizer increased quadratically for avocado plant height growth at 3, 4, and 6 month after application (MAA) and increased quadratically at 1 – 5 MAA for avocado plant stem diameter. The response of compound NPK fertilizer application increased quadratically at 2 – 6 MAA for the number of branches variable and had no significant effect on the leaf greenness level variable at 6 MAA. This research determined the optimum dosage of compound NPK fertilizer by combining all morphological variables of avocado plants and observation times, which is 254,1 g/plant. | - |
