dc.description.abstractAZIZIAH AZZAHRA YOSVIA. Evaluasi Kinerja Rantai Pasok Menggunakan Metode SCOR di PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia. Dibimbing oleh SUHENDI IRAWAN. Supply Chain Management (SCM) adalah salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam proses produksi. Aspek ini melibatkan pengelolaan seluruh aktivitas produksi, dimulai dari pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman kepada konsumen. PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia sebagai perusahaan manufaktur dengan penerapan strategi Make to Order memiliki tantangan dalam rantai pasok, yaitu keterlambatan pengiriman kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan berdasarkan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok di PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia mencapai 87,10 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Meskipun nilai akhir kinerja rantai pasok mencapai kategori baik, tetapi masih terdapat dua indikator yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera yaitu MA 2 dan MD 3. Usulan perbaikan meliputi penambahan stock untuk tools yang memiliki kualitas kuat dan penetapan standar afbrament agar lulus pada bagian Quality Control (QC) terakhir. Penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pasok perusahaan.-

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a crucial aspect of the production process. This aspect involves managing all production activities, starting from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery to consumers. PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia, as a manufacturing company implementing a Make to Order strategy, faces challenges in its supply chain, particularly delays in delivery to consumers. This study aims to evaluate the company’s supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), as well as to identify issues based on validated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The results of the study indicate that the supply chain performance at PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia reaches a score of 87.10, which falls into the good category. Although the final score for supply chain performance is categorized as good, there are still two indicators that require immediate improvement: MA 2 and MD 3. Suggested improvements include increasing the stock of high-quality tools and establishing standards for final Quality Control (QC) to ensure compliance. This research is expected to contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain.-
