Abstract: Dismenorea primer merupakan masalah menstruasi yang umum terjadi pada kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dismenorea primer pada Siswi SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor. Desain penelitian menggunakan case-control study dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 54 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data konsumsi gula, natrium dan lemak, kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik menstruasi, dan riwayat keluarga diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh subjek, sedangkan persentase lemak tubuh diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung menggunakan Bio Impedance Analysis. Konsumsi gula, natrium, dan lemak dinilai menggunakan Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Sebagian besar subjek berusia 17 tahun dan berdomisili di Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kebiasaan sarapan, usia menarche, dan durasi menstruasi antara kelompok dismenorea dan normal (p<0,05). Faktor risiko dismenorea primer dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kebiasaan sarapan yang jarang, usia menarche dini, dan konsumsi gula dari golongan makanan kemasan.
Primary dysmenorrhea is a common menstrual problem among adolescents. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors of primary dysmenorrhea among female students at SMA Negeri 5 Bogor. A case-control study design was used, involving 54 participants. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method. Data on sugar, sodium, and fat consumption, breakfast habits, menstrual characteristics, and family history were collected through self-administered questionnaires. Body fat percentage was measured directly using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. Sugar, sodium, and fat consumption were assessed using a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Most participants were 17 years old and resided in Bogor City. The results showed significant differences in breakfast habits, age at menarche, and menstrual duration between the dysmenorrhea and normal groups (p<0.05). The risk factors for primary dysmenorrhea were infrequent breakfast habits, early menarche, and sugar consumption from packaged foods.
