Penerapan Check Sheet Perawatan Mesin Mixing Produksi Tepung Bumbu Untuk Minimasi Unplanned Downtime Di CV XYZ

Abstract

Proyek akhir ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya tingginya unplanned downtime pada mesin mixing. Perawatan mesin perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan karena dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas produksi dan efektivitas mesin. Dengan melakukan perawatan rutin dan dokumentasi lebih terstruktur membuat perusahaan dapat mendeteksi potensi masalah lebih dini, meminimalkan risiko kerusakan besar, serta memastikan mesin beroperasi secara optimal. Pengetahuan operator dan rasa kepemilikan operator yang masih minim terkait gejala kerusakan pada mesin juga mempengaruhi gejala breakdown dan downtime mesin. Maka dibuatkanlah sebuah check sheet perawatan mesin untuk membantu operator agar lebih rinci dalam segi perawatan. Pada proyek akhir ini dibantu dengan menggunakan metode reliability maintenance dan overall equipment eeffectiveness yang mana pada metode ini dibagi menjadi dua periode yaitu periode sebelum penerapan check sheet dan setelah penerapan checks heet. Sehingga pada dokumentasi hasil dapat terlihat perbandingan hasil peningkatan atau penurunan dari dua periode tersebut.

This final project is motivated by the high unplanned downtime on the mixing machine. Machine maintenance needs to be considered by companies because it can affect production productivity and machine effectiveness. By doing routine maintenance and more structured documentation, the company can detect potential problems early, minimize the risk of major damage, and ensure the machine operates optimally. The operator's lack of knowledge and ownership regarding the symptoms of damage to the machine also affects the symptoms of machine breakdown and downtime. So a machine maintenance check sheet was made to help operators to be more detailed in terms of maintenance. In this final project, it is assisted by using the reliability maintenance method and overall equipment eeffectiveness which in this method is divided into two periods, namely the period before the application of the check sheet and after the application of the checksheet. So that in the documentation of the results can be seen a comparison of the results of the increase or decrease from the two periods.
