| Abstract: | Sistem informasi akuntansi sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan usaha UMKM. Namun, UMKM Allure Patisserie masih belum menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang sesuai. Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu proses pencatatan dan kinerja sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian tunai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem informasi yang telah diterapkan oleh Allure Patisserie, merancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel VBA yang dibutuhkan oleh Allure Patisserie, mengevaluasi serta menguji sistem yang telah dibuat. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan ini yaitu SDLC (Systems
Development Life Cycle). Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini melalui perancangan yaitu berupa laporan penjualan, pembelian, data persediaan, jurnal yang terotomatisasi dan laporan laba rugi yang sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini dapat diimplementasikan untuk mempermudah kegiatan operasional Allure Patisserie. Kata kunci : Microsoft Excel VBA, Penjualan dan Pembelian Tunai, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Systems Development Life Cycle, UMKM. Accounting information systems are essential for the sustainability of MSMEs. However, Allure Patisserie has yet to implement an adequate system. This study addresses issues in recording processes and the performance of the sales and cash purchase information system. The objective is to analyze the existing system, design a Microsoft Excel VBA-based accounting information system tailored to the company’s needs, and evaluate its functionality. The design process follows the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, using both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The resulting system includes sales and purchase reports, inventory data, automated journal entries, and a profit and loss statement aligned with SAK EMKM standards. The system is practical and can support the operational needs of Allure Patisserie.
