Fasciolosis and paramphistomosis are caused by the parasitic worms Fasciola spp. and Paramphistomum spp. causing a decrease in herd health and financial profit for farms. This study aimed to measure prevalence rates in cattle infected by Fasciola spp. and Paramphistomum spp. along with correlations of positive cases with sex and age of cattle from Tanah Datar and Agam Regencies in West Sumatra province. Eggs were isolated using a serial filtration method, identified and counted from microscopic observations, and measured using ImageJ. Eggs per gram averages for Fasciola spp. and Paramphistomum spp. of 6,67 EPG and 24,51 EPG were found in Agam Regency, and 3,33 EPG and 33,32 EPG in Tanah Datar Regency, respectively. Coinfection was the most prevalent type of infection in Agam Regency, whereas paramphistomosis in Tanah Datar Regency was most prevalent. An ART ANOVA showed no correlation between infection, gender, and age. Feed management of forage and anthelmintic given may be needed to reduce the prevalence of trematodosis in cattle in both areas of study.-
