dc.description.abstractMinyak bergamot, miyak rosemary dan cuka apel memiliki efek akarisida terhadap caplak R. sanguineus. Ketiga bahan tersebut memiliki manfaat di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati pengaruh pemberian sediaan spray yang mengandung Minyak Bergamot, cuka apel dan minyak rosemary dengan berbagai konsentrasi terhadap kematian caplak R. sanguineus. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Februari 2025 sampai dengan April 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan 75 ekor caplak R. sanguineus yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok tiga kali pengulangan K- sebagai kontrol negatif diberikan perlakuan akuades murni K+ sebagai kontrol positif diberikan perlakuan Fipronil 3% dengan merk dagang Frontline®. K1 diberikan minyak bergamot 5%, rosemary 10%, dan cuka apel 5%, K2 diberikan minyak bergamot 5%, rosemary 10%, dan cuka apel 10%, serta K3 diberikan minyak bergamot 5%, rosemary 10%, dan cuka apel 15%. Setiap kelompok perlakuan terdiri dari 5 ekor caplak. Pengamatan dilakukan 4 periode yaitu 30, 60, 120 dan 180 menit pasca kontak dengan caplak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok K3 yang diberikan perlakuan minyak bergamot 5%, rosemary 10%, dan cuka apel cuka apel 15% mendapatkan hasil Lethal Time 50 (LT50) pada 90 menit. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa K3 memiliki waktu paling pendek untuk membunuh caplak. Kata Kunci: bergamot, cuka apel, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, rosemary.
dc.description.abstractBergamot oil, rosemary oil and, apple cider vinegar have acaricide effects on R. sanguineus ticks. Both ingredients have health benefits. This study aims to observe the effect of spray preparations containing Bergamot Oil, apple cider vinegar and rosemary oil with various concentrations on the death of R. sanguineus ticks. This study was conducted from February 2025 to April 2025. This study used 75 R. sanguineus ticks which were divided into 5 groups with three repetitions in each group. K- as negative control was given pure aquadest treatment. K+ as positive control was given 3% Fipronil treatment with the brand name Frontline. K1 was given 5% bergamot oil, 10% rosemary, and 5% apple cider vinegar, K2 was given 5% bergamot oil, 10% rosemary, and 10% apple cider vinegar, and K3 was given 5% bergamot oil, 10% rosemary, and 15% apple cider vinegar. Each treatment group consisted of 5 ticks. Observations were made in 4 periods, namely 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes after contact with ticks. The results showed that the group given 5% bergamot oil, 10% rosemary, and 15% apple cider vinegar obtained Lethal Time 50 (LT50) results at 90 minutes.
