| Abstract: | UMKM Imah Kopi Gunung Karang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan karena masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual, yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian data, risiko kehilangan informasi, dan tidak efisiennya proses pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi persediaan berbasis Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Excel yang dikustomisasi sesuai kebutuhan UMKM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah sistem informasi persediaan yang memiliki fitur login, pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, pencarian data, serta pencetakan laporan. Sistem ini mampu mencatat dan menampilkan data secara real-time, meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi, serta meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Imah Kopi dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengendalian stok, dan adaptasi teknologi secara lebih baik untuk mendukung keberlangsungan usaha. MSME Imah Kopi Gunung Karang encounters challenges in inventory management due to its continued reliance on a manual recording system, resulting in data inconsistencies, potential information loss, and inefficiencies in operations. This study aims to design and implement a customized inventory information system using Microsoft Excel with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), tailored to the specific needs of the enterprise. The development process follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The resulting system includes features such as user login, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, data search, and report generation. It enables real-time data management, enhances efficiency and accuracy, and reduces the risk of recording errors. The implementation of this system is expected to support better decisionmaking, inventory control, and technological adaptation, contributing to the sustainability of the business. |
