Catfish is a leading aquaculture commodity in Indonesia, driven by steadily increasing market demand. One of the main challenges during the nursery phase is disease outbreaks, which can adversely affect fish health and productivity. Preventive measures can be taken using natural phytopharmaceuticals, such as forest onion simplicia, which have potential immunostimulant properties. This study aimed to determine the effective feeding frequency of forest onion simplicia through feed to enhance the immunostimulant response and survival rate of catfish fingerlings. The experiment consisted of three treatment groups: daily feeding (P1), twice a week (P2), and once a week (P3). The results showed no significant differences in survival rate, absolute weight, SGRW, and FCR (p>0,05), but there were significant effects on SGRL (p<0,05). All fish exhibited healthy and active clinical conditions, and water quality parameters remained within optimal ranges throughout the study. The P2 treatment is recommended as it supports optimal growth with efficient use of materials without compromising fish health.-
