| dc.description.abstract | Kebutuhan daging unggas di Indonesia Sebagian besar disuplai dari ternak unggas khususnya ayam broiler. Daging ayam broiler mengandung protein dan zatzat yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi Masyarakat. Kegiatan pengelolaan usaha ini bertujuan sebagai upaya realiasasi teori dan kemahiran mahasiswa Teknologi dan Manajemen Ternak selama menempuh proses kegiatan masa perkuliahan Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder Pengumpulan data primer didapatkan dari segala pencatatan kegiatan budidaya ayam broiler dari persiapan kandang hingga penjualan ayam broiler, sedangkan pengumpulan data sekunder diambil dari studi pustaka seperti jurnal, buku, dan referensi lainnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu melakukan analisis performa pemeliharaan dan analisis keuangan. Dalam 2 periode pemeliharaan ayam broiler didapatkan total bobot panen sebesar 240 kg dengan biaya total Rp 5.051.206 dan keuntungan Rp 420.624. Nilai R/C (Revenue to Cost) yang didapatkan yaitu 1,08 yang artinya usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The needs of poultry meat in Indonesia is supplied by poultry farms, particularly broiler chickens. Broiler meat is rich in protein and essential nutrients that help fulfill the nutritional needs of the population. This farming management activity aims to implement the theories and skills acquired by students of the Animal Production and Management Technology Program during their academic studies.The data used in this activity consists of both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation and recording of all broiler farming activities, from cage preparation to the marketing of the chickens. Secondary data were collected through literature studies, including scientific journals, books, and other reference sources.The analytical methods used include performance analysis of broiler maintenance and financial analysis. Over two production cycles, a total harvest weight of 240 kg was achieved, with total expenses amounting to Rp 5,051,206 and a profit of Rp 420,624. The resulting R/C (Revenue to Cost) ratio was 1.08, indicating that the business is financially feasible. | - |
