Abstract: Ayam broiler menjadi salah satu sumber protein utama yang terus menerus mengalami peningkatan permintaan setiap tahunnya.
Broiler chicken is one of the main sources of protein that continues to increase in demand every year. Different ages of broiler parent stock can affect production performance. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of broiler parent stock age on hatching egg weight, hatchability, hatching weight and DOC uniformity. This study used a completely randomized design (RAL) of three cage flocks with uniform age, namely parent age 28 weeks, 38 weeks and 54 weeks. Each flock took 165 hatching eggs (HE). The parameters studied were analyzed using SPSS 64 bit for post hoc duncan test and the results were described. The results showed that parent age was positively correlated with the parameters of egg weight, hatchability, hatching weight and DOC uniformity significantly. The most optimal production performance was produced by 38 weeks of age, with an average egg weight (61.60±0.50b), hatchability (93.70±2.10b ), hatching weight (39.50±0.10b ) and DOC uniformity (83.76±2.08a ).
