Coastal reclamation is a human intervention in the coastal environment to acquire new land space. Good productivity of fishermen is the basis of economic sustainability which is very important for fishermen. However, interventions carried out in coastal areas have caused impacts on the environment and the social and economic conditions of fishermen, which in turn affect the level of productivity of fishermen. This study aims to analyze how the impact of reclamation, age, and education level of fishermen affect the productivity level of fishermen. The research was conducted in Cilincing Fishermen Hamlet using a mixed method approach.
