dc.description.abstractZAHRATUL AINI. Pengelolaan dan Analisis Usaha Ternak Ayam Broiler dengan Sistem Kemitraan di Farm Popi Trisna Putri Sumatera Barat. Dibimbing oleh BAGUS PRIYO PURWANTO. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha pola kemitraan di Farm Popi Trisna Putri. Analisis meliputi biaya produksi, pendapatan, break even point (BEP), dan revenue cost ratio (R/C). Aspek penting dalam usaha pemeliharaan ayam broiler antara lain sumber dana, biaya variabel, biaya tetap, evaluasi keuangan, serta proses pemeliharaan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik pemilihan sampel secara proposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mencakup perhitungan biaya total, penerimaan usaha, pendapatan, BEP, dan R/C. Strain ayam broiler yang digunakan adalah strain Cobb dengan total populasi 46.700 ekor per kandang. Hasil analisis menunjukan rata-rata total biaya produksi selama tiga periode pemeliharaan di Farm Popi Trisna Putri mencapai Rp 5.455.622.011. Sementara itu rata-rata penerimaan selama tiga periode sebesar Rp 5.893.316.395. Berdasarkan selisih antara total penerimaan dan total biaya produksi, diperoleh rata-rata keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp 437.694.384. Berdasarkan nilai R/C yang diperoleh yaitu 1,08 yang mana lebih dari 1 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak dilanjutkan dan menghasilkan keuntungan.-
dc.description.abstractZAHRATUL AINI. Management and Business Analysis of Broiler Chicken Farming Under a Partnership System at Popi Trisna Putri West Sumatra. Supervised by BAGUS PRIYO PURWANTO. This study aims to analyze the broiler chicken farming business under a partnership system at Farm Popi Trisna Putri. The analysis includes production costs, income, BEP, R/C. Important aspects in the broiler farming business include funding sources, variable costs, fixed costs, financial evaluation, and the maintenance process. Data collection was conducted through observation and interviews, using a purposive sampling technique where samples are selected intentionally based on specific criteria relevant to the research objectives. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative statistics, which included calculations of total costs, business revenue, income, BEP, and R/C. The broiler strain used in this study was the Cobb strain, with a total population of 46,700 birds per house. The analysis results showed that the average total production cost over three production periods at Farm Popi Trisna Putri reached Rp 5,455,622,011, while the average revenue over the same period was Rp 5,893,316,395. Based on the difference between total revenue and total production costs, the average net profit obtained was Rp 437,694,384. Based on the R/C ratio obtained, which is 1.08 and greater than 1, it indicates that this business is feasible to continue and generates a profit.-
