Abstract: Alih fungsi hutan menjadi area tambang menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi tanah dan lingkungan. Reklamasi pasca tambang bertujuan memulihkan kualitas tanah, kondisi hutan, dan keberadaan fauna tanah sebagai indikator kesuburan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelimpahan dan biodiversitas makrofauna tanah pada usia tutupan berbeda dan hubungan perbedaan usia tutupan, kerapatan vegetasi, faktor edafis, dan parameter klimatis terhadap kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman makrofauna tanah di areal reklamasi PT. Adaro Indonesia. Makrofauna tanah dianalisis kelimpahan spesies dan beberapa indeks biodiversitas, sedangkan parameter lingkungan dianalisis pada faktor edafis dan klimatis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) dan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan makrofauna menunjukkan perbedaan nyata antar lokasi, dengan nilai tertinggi pada usia 5 tahun penanaman (T5), sementara keanekaragaman tertinggi pada usia 20 tahun penanaman (T20). Korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang beragam antara parameter lingkungan dengan kelimpahan makrofauna tanah.
Conversion of forest into mining area has negative impacts on soil and environment. Post-mining reclamation aims to restore soil quality, forest condition, and the presence of soil fauna as an indicator of soil fertility. This study aims to analyze the abundance and biodiversity of soil macrofauna at different cover ages and the relationship between differences in cover age, vegetation density, edaphic factors, and climatic parameters to the abundance and diversity of soil macrofauna in the reclamation area of PT. Adaro Indonesia. Soil macrofauna were analyzed for species abundance and several biodiversity indices, while environmental parameters were analyzed for edaphic and climatic factors. Data analysis was carried out using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test and Pearson correlation test. The results showed that the abundance of macrofauna showed significant differences between locations, with the highest value at the age of 5 years of planting (T5), while the highest diversity was at the age of 20 years of planting (T20). Pearson correlation showed a diverse relationship between environmental parameters and the abundance of soil macrofauna.
