The development of Provibio biofertilizer aims to enhance sustainable agriculture and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers by utilizing microorganism to improve soil productivity and rice crop yields. The combination of Provibio with macro and micro nutrients, such as nitrogen, potassium, zinc, and copper, has the potential to improve soil fertility and support the vegetative growth of rice plants. A randomized block design was used with 8 treatments and 120 plants. Vegetative observations were assessed at 15, 30, and 45 days after sowing (DAS), as well as at harvest, with laboratory analysis for soil biological, chemical, and biochemical properties. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and DMRT for treatment comparisons. Treatment F0 showed the highest plant height at 30 and 45 HST, the highest number of tillers, and the highest P solubilizer population (124,976×106). F0 also increased soil pH (6.3), organic carbon (2.620%), and cellulase activity. The addition of KNO3 at 108.2 g/L (F6) resulted in the highest total nitrogen content. Nutrient imbalance can reduce plant growth. The combination of macroand micro-nutrients and Provibio biofertilizer significantly influenced rice growth. Provibio enhances plant height and tiller number through microbs activity. Although effective individually, the combination of optimal nutrient doses significantly influences growth response, microbs activity, nutrient availability, and soil enzyme activity during the vegetative phase.
