This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of using manure doses combined with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on increasing the growth and production of pakchong grass. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 10 replications. Factor A is the manure factor consisting of 6 doses, namely P0 = 0 tons/ha; P1 = 2.5 tons/ha; P2 = 5 tons/ha; P3 = 7.5 tons/ha; P4 = 10 tons/ha; and P5 = 12.5 tons/ha. Factor B is the AMF factor consisting of 3 doses, namely M0 = 0 grams, M1 = 10 grams, and M2 = 20 grams. The results showed that the dose of manure was very significant in increasing plant height, stem diameter, number of tillers, number of leaves, fresh root weight, fresh biomass, dry biomass, and brix value in pakchong grass (P<0.01). The conclusion of this study is the provision of manure is effective in increasing the growth and production of pakchong grass. The provision of manure doses of 10 tons/ha and 12.5 tons/ha is the best treatment in increasing the growth and production of pakchong grass. The addition of AMF doses of 10–20 grams only increased the percentage of root colonization with an average value ranging from 60.94–72.59% compared to without the addition of AMF which only reached 39.49%.
