Abstract: JALER GIBRAN FAKHIRA. Analisis Usaha Susu Segar Di Rural Practice TrustNew Zealand. Dibimbing oleh BAGUS PRIYO PURWANTO. Usaha peternakan sapi perah di Selandia Baru merupakan industri yang memiliki kontribusi besar dalam ekonomi negeri. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi aspek teknis, manajerial, dan finansial dalam produksi susu segar. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan cara mencatat langsung di lapangan pada saat kegiatan analisis usaha berlangsung, sedangkan untuk data sekunder didapat dengan cara melakukan diskusi bersama mentor dalam perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam lima bulan, usaha ini menghasilkan total penerimaan Rp11,6 miliar dengan laba bersih Rp4,3 miliar. Nilai Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) sebesar 1,6 dan Return on Investment (ROI) sebesar 9,39% mengindikasikan bahwa usaha ini layak dijalankan. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan melalui kontrak dengan koperasi Open Country, tanpa promosi langsung ke konsumen. Sistem biosekuriti ketat dan manajemen pakan berbasis padang rumput menjadi keunggulan utama.

Dairy farming business in New Zealand is an industry that makes a major contribution to the country's economy. The aim is to evaluate the technical, managerial, and financial aspects of fresh milk production. Primary data collection was conducted by directly recording observations in the field during the business analysis activity, while secondary data was obtained through discussions with company mentors. The results of the analysis showed that in five months, this business generated a total income of IDR 11.6 billion with a net profit of IDR 4.3 billion. The Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) value of 1.6 and Return on Investment (ROI) of 9.39% indicate that this business is feasible to run. The marketing strategy is carried out through a contract with the Open Country cooperative, without direct promotion to consumers. A strict biosecurity system and pasture-based feed management are the main advantages.
