Abstract: Mahkota Putri Bakery & Cake merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penyedia pastry. UMKM Mahkota Putri Bakery & Cake belum memiliki sistem persediaan sehingga diperlukan sistem pengendalian yang memadai untuk mencatat persediaan, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman pemilik UMKM karena lebih fokus pada operasional harian seperti produksi dan penjualan sehingga UMKM masih menggunakan pencatatan manual yang memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem pencatatan persediaan, mengimplementasikan dan evaluasi sistem persediaan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah model rancangan akhir sistem persediaan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis untuk mengontrol persediaan bahan baku dan barang jadi di UMKM Mahkota Putri Bakery & Cake.
Mahkota Putri Bakery & Cake is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (SMEs) engaged in the pastry business. It was found that SMEs do not yet have an inventory system, so an adequate control system to record inventory. This is due to the lack of understanding among SME owners, who are more focused on daily operations such as production and sales, resulting in the SMEs still using manual recording methods that are time-consuming and prone to errors the purpose of this study is to determine the inventory recording system, implement and evaluate the inventory system using Microsoft Excel. The method used in this study is qualitative research through. observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the interview results. The final outcome of this research is a final design model for the inventory system, which is expected to serve as a practical solution for controlling raw material and finished goods inventory at Mahkota Putri Bakery & Cake SMEs.
