Abstract: Timbulan limbah tempurung kelapa dari toko usaha kecil-mikro kelapa santan berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan.
The generation of coconut shell waste from coconut milk micro-business Stores has the potential to cause environmental pollution. The study aims to estimate the weight and volume of generation, identify the quality of briquettes, calculate the HPP and determine the selling price of briquettes. Sampling generation is done by referring to the method of SNI 19-3964-1994, then the waste is used into briquette products. Briquette quality is determined by proximate testing and calorific value to be compared with SNI 01-6235-2000, then determine the cost of COGS with Full Costing method and selling price with Cost Plus Pricing method. Total weight and generation volume of 98 kg and 0.36 m3 / day, capable of producing 24.5 kg briquettes equivalent to 4,900 pcs briquettes. There are no briquettes that meet the standards, but the best characteristics of briquettes based on variations in the size of charcoal flour is briquettes with sieve sizes of 80 mesh (R2-80-TK) and 60 mesh (R1-60-TK). Calculation of the cost of production (HPP) from the production process of coconut shell briquettes RP 423.500,-/production with a selling price of Rp 27.528,-/kg.
