stok barang, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas operasional UMKM. Implikasinya,
The problems faced by C Laundry are manual transaction recording and the absence of an optimal and structured cash in and out recording system. This study aims to design a cash recording system based on data processing software to improve the accuracy and efficiency of cash recording management. The absence of a system causes recording errors, loss of transaction data, inaccurate cash recording, and weaknesses in the workflow. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The method used to design the accounting system is the System Development Life Cycle with a waterfall model, including the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of the study show that the implementation of this system has succeeded in simplifying the recording of cash in and out transactions, as well as the management of stock of goods, thereby increasing the effectiveness of MSME operations. The implication is that solutions based on data processing software have proven to be appropriate for MSMEs with limited resources, offering ease of use, and low implementation costs. |
