Optimalisasi Pencatatan Persediaan Berbasis Microsoft Excel Visual Basic for Applications di CV Halim Bakery

Abstract

Pencatatan persediaan yang akurat dan efisien sangat penting dalam mendukung operasional, terutama bagi UMKM. CV Halim Bakery, sebagai UMKM di bidang produksi roti, masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang menimbulkan kendala seperti ketidaksesuaian data, keterlambatan pemesanan ulang, dan pemborosan biaya. Laporan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan persediaan melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem pencatatan persediaan otomatis berbasis Microsoft Excel VBA dengan metode SDLC model Waterfall. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan, mengurangi kesalahan input, mempercepat pembaruan data, serta memudahkan pemantauan stok dan pembuatan laporan. Sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif dan terjangkau untuk pengelolaan persediaan di tingkat UMKM

Accurate and efficient inventory recording is essential to support operations, especially for small and medium enterprises (UMKM). CV Halim Bakery, an UMKM in bread production sector, still uses a manual inventory recording system, which leads to issues such as data inconsistencies, delayed reordering, and unnecessary costs. This final project aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of inventory recording through the design and implementation of an automated inventory system using Microsoft Excel VBA and the Waterfall SDLC model. The implementation results show that the system enhances recording efficiency and accuracy, reduces input errors, accelerates data updates, and facilitates stock monitoring and report generation. This system provides an effective and affordable solution for inventory management at the SME level
