Abstract: Pengelolaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) pada Bengkel Mulya Utama Motor seluruhnya diserahkan kepada konsultan pajak, sehingga kerap terjadinya keterlambatan pelaporan, kesalahan perhitungan, dan minimnya kontrol internal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya regulasi atas penerapan self assessment system didukung dengan menggunakan makro excel dalam melakukan pencatatan dan perhitungan PPN secara mandiri oleh staf administrasi bengkel. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, hingga studi literatur. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa makro excel berhasil membuat perhitungan dilakukan secara otomatis dan memudahkan validasi data internal bengkel. Dashboard visualisasi ringkasan PPN menggunakan grafik dan indikator selisih, untuk mempercepat penemuan jika terjadinya keanehan dalam penginputan transaksi. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox testing untuk membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan, serta menggunakan metode PIECES untuk menilai aspek kinerja dari sisi performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, dan service. Dengan diterapkannya makro excel dapat meminimalisir waktu rekap data, meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan, hingga menurunkan tingkat ketergantungan pada konsultan pajak.
At Bengkel Mulya Utama Motor, all Value Added Tax (VAT) management has been fully outsourced to a tax consultant, resulting in frequent filing delays, calculation errors, and limited internal controls. This situation highlights the need to implement a self assessment system supported by excel macros, enabling the workshop’s administrative staff to independently record and calculate VAT. This study employs a qualitative methodology, including interviews, direct observation, documentation, and literature review. The results demonstrate that the Excel macros successfully automate VAT calculations and facilitate internal data validation. The PPN summary visualization dashboard utilizes charts and variance indicators to accelerate the detection of anomalies in transaction entries. System testing is conducted using the blackbox testing method to ensure that all features work as expected, as well as the PIECES method to evaluate system performance from the aspects of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. By adopting these macros, the workshop has reduced data reconciliation time, improved calculation accuracy, and lowered dependence on external consultants, indicating that this self assessment approach can be adopted by other micro, small, and medium enterprises.
