| dc.description.abstract | UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan usaha terutama pada aspek manajemen keuangan. Salah satu tantangan tersebut adalah perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) dan penetapan harga jual yang tepat. Proyek akhir ini difokuskan pada dua produk dengan tingkat permintaan tertinggi yaitu produk keju goreng dan keripik brambang keju. Penelitian ini menganalisis metode penetapan harga jual yang digunakan Rumah Industri Osha Snack dan membandingkan dengan metode secara teori menggunakan metode cost plus pricing berdasarkan pendekatan full costing. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode cost plus pricing dengan pendekatan full costing menghasilkan harga jual yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan rumah industri. Hal ini, mencerminkan estimasi laba yang lebih akurat dan realistis. Selain itu, proyek ini juga merancang perhitungan sederhana berbasis Microsoft Excel untuk memudahkan implementasi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in driving Indonesia’s economic growth. However, MSMEs continue to face various challenges in business operations, particularly in financial management. One of these challenges is calculating the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and determining appropriate selling prices. This final project focuses on two products with the highest demand, namely fried cheese and cheese shallot chips. The study analyzes the pricing method used by the Osha Snack Home Industry and compares it with the theoretical cost plus pricing method based on a full costing approach. The analysis indicates that the cost plus pricing method with full costing results in a higher selling price compared to the method currently used by the home industry. This suggests a more accurate and realistic profit estimation. Furthermore, the project also develops a simple Microsoft Excel-based calculation model to facilitate practical implementation. | |
