| Abstract: | Kepuasan wisatawan merupakan hal yang penting bagi sebuah usaha bisnis wisata, dan kepuasan bisa didapatkan jika pengunjung mendapatkan pengalaman yang berkesan ketika berkunjung ke tempat wisata. Upaya pemasaran melalui experiental marketing menjadi penting untuk dilakukan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiental marketing terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Burung Jagat Satwa Nusantara, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang datang ke Taman Burung Jagat Satwa Nusantara. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel experiental marketing yang paling dominan memengaruhii kepuasan pengunjung adalah pikiran (think) dan hubungan sosial (relate). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Program Bird Hunt dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan aspek interaksi sosial, stimulasi intelektual, serta pengalaman edukatif yang menyeluruh, dengan mengacu pada hasil temuan tersebut guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Tourist satisfaction is an essential aspect of a tourism business, and satisfaction can be achieved when visitors have a memorable experience during their visit. Marketing efforts through experiential marketing become crucial in enhancing visitor satisfaction. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of experiential marketing on visitor satisfaction at the Bird Park of Jagat Satwa Nusantara, located in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consisted of visitors to the Bird Park of Jagat Satwa Nusantara. Data collection methods included observation and questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The most dominant experiential marketing variables influencing visitor satisfaction were think (cognitive stimulation) and relate (social interaction). The regression analysis results indicated that experiential marketing simultaneously had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The Bird Hunt program was designed to optimize aspects of social interaction, intellectual stimulation, and comprehensive educational experiences, based on these findings to enhance visitor satisfaction. |
