Equestrian sports require optimal synergy between horse and rider, making the horse's health a crucial factor in supporting performance. One commonly overlooked health issue is endoparasite infection, particularly helminthiasis transmitted through feed. This study aims to examine the influence of concentrate and forage management on the incidence of endoparasite infections, as well as to analyze worm egg types, larval morphology, the degree of helminthiasis infection, and the presence of protozoa in sport horses. An observational cross-sectional study was conducted at three different stables in Bogor Regency. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and laboratory analysis of horse fecal samples using simple flotation, McMaster, and fecal culture methods. The results showed cases of helminth infection in stables 2 and 3, with a high level of infection caused by small strongyles (Cyathostominae) Type A. The incidence of helminthiasis was associated with differences in feed and anthelmintic administration among the three stables. It was also related to horse density and sanitation conditions in the paddocks and stables.
