The advancement of digital technology and the process of globalisation have brought significant changes to the ASEAN economy. This study aims to analyse the impact of digitalisation and globalisation on poverty rates in ASEAN over the period 2014-2023. The methods used are descriptive analysis and panel data regression. The digitalisation is measured by total of individuals using the internet, while globalisation is measured by KOF Index. Control factors such as Income inequality, labour productivity, and education level are used in the research. The results show that digitalisation has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate. Meanwhile, globalisation has a positive and significant effect on poverty due to the unequal distribution of benefits. Income inequality and education level worsen poverty, while labour productivity helps reduce poverty. On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate.
