tahun dibandingkan kondisi aktual. Ornamental fish farming is a rapidly growing fisheries sector in Indonesia, with Bogor Regency as one of the main centers due to its favorable environmental conditions, water availability and species diversity. Aquamina Farm, one of the ornamental fish companies in the region, is facing an imbalance between demand and stagnant production. The business operates on an area of 1000 m² with 83 units, supported by two workforces and five main commodities. This study aims to analyze production optimization, through efficient use of resources and focus on cost management strategies. The research method is a case study with data collection through direct observation and interviews with owners and workers at Aquamina Farm. The data obtained analyzed using Linear Interactive Discrete Optimizer, the results showed that production was not optimal. There are limiting factors, such as feed, seeds, labor, and land, are overused or inefficient. The mismatch between the actual production combination and the optimal production combination indicates that the available resources have not been optimized. Optimal production combination indicates that available resources have not been optimally utilized. The results of the study found that the implementation of an optimization strategy can improve production efficiency and profitability of the company, with an increase in profits of 19.17% per year compared to actual conditions. |
