Nizam Zachman Ocean Fishing Port is one of the largest fisheries activity centers in Indonesia, which requires an accurate fish data collection system to support sustainable fisheries management policies. However, the limited number of enumerators often leads to high workloads and potentially decreases the accuracy of catch data. This study aims to analyze the fish data collection system at Nizam Zachman fishing port, evaluate the workload of enumerators, and determine the optimal number of enumerators based on workload analysis using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. The results showed that the number of enumerators is still insufficient, especially in periods with high fish unloading activity. The shortage of causes data recording to be less than optimal and increases the risk of recording errors. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the number of enumerators to make the data collection system more accurate and efficient. |
