Abstract: RIZKY PUTRA YS. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penentu Kepuasaan Konsumen pada Agrowisata Cisande Kabupaten Sukabumi. Dibimbing oleh LIISA FIRHANI RAHMASARI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dan menganalisis strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Agrowisata Cisande didominasi oleh orang Sukabumi, mayoritas usia 17-24 tahun, perempuan, berpendidikan SMA, bekerja sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa, dan berpenghasilan Rp1.000.001 – Rp2.000.000. Analisis CSI menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen mencapai 80,43% yang berada dalam rentang kategori puas. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan ada lima atribut di kuadran 1 yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan kinerja yaitu Inovasi program, kemudahan akses, kebersihan area agrowisata, ketersediaan petunjuk arah dan informasi, dan kenyamanan fasilitas umum. This study aims to analyze consumer characteristics, analyze the level of consumer satisfaction, determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction, and analyze the right strategy to improve consumer satisfaction. The methods used are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Descriptive analysis shows that Agrowisata Cisande consumers are dominated by Sukabumi people, the majority are aged 17-24 years, female, have a high school education, work as students, and earn Rp1,000,001 - Rp2,000,000. CSI analysis shows that the level of consumer satisfaction reaches 80.43% which is in the satisfied category range. The results of the IPA analysis show that there are five attributes in quadrant 1 which are the main priorities for improving performance that is program innovation, ease of access, cleanliness of the agrowisata area, availability of directions and information, and convenience of public facilities.
