dc.description.abstractSalah satu makanan pedas kekinian yang sedang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia adalah Mie Gacoan. Mie Gacoaon telah memperoleh sertifikat halal manufacturing pada November 2022 dan baru memiliki sertifikat halal restoran pada Juni 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen Mie Gacoan di Jabodetabek serta menganalisis pengaruh halal awareness dan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan di Jabodetabek, sedangkan variabel halal awareness, tempat, dan promosi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.-
dc.description.abstractOne of the spicy food trends that is gaining popularity among Indonesian consumers is Mie Gacoan. Mie Gacoan obtained its halal manufacturing certification in November 2022 and received halal certification for its restaurant outlets in June 2023. This study aims to identify the characteristics of Mie Gacoan consumers in Jabodetabek and analyze the influence of halal awareness and marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Jabodetabek. The method used ini this research is descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the product and price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan the Jabodetabek, while halal awareness, place, and promotion does not show a significant impact.-
