PT Natamas Plast is a privately owned national manufacturing company specializing in plastic packaging for the food and beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Botol YG 70 mL is a make-to-order product that has been identified as a top priority, as it falls into category A based on ABC analysis, contributing the highest revenue value to the company’s total sales. Given its significant contribution, effective planning and control of the YG 70 ML bottle production are essential. The planning process begins with demand forecasting, which provides the necessary input for the development of aggregate planning, followed by the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP). These steps are crucial to ensuring production aligns with customer demand, while also preventing both overproduction and shortages that may lead to decreased customer satisfaction. |
